Need to Know

FAQs

Do I need to be 21+ to volunteer?
No, you don't! While you do have to be 21+ to volunteer to pour beer, wine or canned spirits, we have many types of opportunities that do not require you to be 21+, such as game oversight, ice running, and more. Sign-up and see what is available.
How long is a volunteer shift?
Most shifts run 2 hours during the festival. We do also offer morning setup shifts and end-of-day teardown shifts. You'll indicate your preference during registration.
Can I choose my volunteer role?
Yes! You can indicate your preferred role when you apply. We do our best to honor preferences, though we may have to ask for help being flexible to support the event.
When will I hear back after applying?
We review and confirm volunteer placements on a rolling basis. You'll receive a confirmation with all the details and reminders as we approach the big day.
