How Volunteers Opt In
Volunteers opt in on our volunteer registration page at volunteers.egrharvestfest.com/volunteer. After entering their name and mobile phone number, the volunteer checks a box that is unchecked by default. Consent is never pre-selected, and it is not a condition of volunteering — volunteers who leave the box unchecked receive email only.

Program Details
- Program name: EGR Harvest Fest Volunteer SMS Notifications
- Who opts in: people who register as volunteers for the festival
- Where: the volunteer registration form linked above (publicly accessible, no login required to reach the form)
- What we send: shift confirmations, shift reminders, and schedule changes for that volunteer's own assignment
- Message frequency: varies by shift schedule — approximately 5–10 messages per festival season
- Cost: message and data rates may apply
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message
- Help: reply HELP to any message
This is the only opt-in method for this campaign. There is no keyword, paper form, or verbal opt-in.
